okay i’ve got my first swim meet of the season next friday. (oct 5th) although i realize this is not the olympics and so on, this is my first meet in years and i would like to strike fear in the hearts of the fellow swimmers.
But in all seriousness i am soooooooooo unprepared. :( i need some help y’all.
What recipes, exercises, etc should i do to prepare for aforementioned meet? any help is very very very appreciated. :)))))
